Global/Local/Missional
UBA is committed to the Great Commission directive to develop disciples locally and globally. We believe that missional churches send out with transformation in mind and are Kingdom-minded and culturally relevant as they contextualize the Gospel message for near and far.
UBA offers consultation with churches ranging from practical presentations on how to prepare for a missions trip to dialogues about storying options for reaching a particular culture. Learning opportunities such as tours of the city are often experiential. The UBA staff networks with missionaries and networks around the world.
We believe involving people directly in missional experiences
challenges them to think in different ways, introduces them to new
understandings of where God is at work, and results in
changed hearts and lives.
