At Gracewood in Houston, single mothers can live on a short-term basis with their children in a group residence where residential case managers and other staff support a plan of service tailored to fit their individual needs. The program also provides nonresidential services by connecting families with beneficial community resources.

Somebody Cares Houston wants to let people know that Somebody Cares. Because Jesus cares, we, the church, care.
