UBA believes that God calls out leaders. We believe that those who respond to that call and would be effective in today’s rapidly changing environment must be committed to the pursuit of learning as a life-long discipline.
UBA's calendar reveals this commitment to learning with its various offerings of seminars, satellite broadcasts, experiences such as tours of the city and more. Even times of fellowship such as the quarterly associational meetings include value added learning experiences. The staff continues to explore both short and long term options for learning.
