Union Baptist Assocation of Houston

UBA believes that the church is called to be the hands and feet of Christ in our communities and in our world.  The organizations listed below (a variety of Baptist, secular, and ecumenical) provide you with opportunities to be the body of Christ.

CHOOSE YOUR CAUSE:  Spend an hour answering the phone; an afternoon stuffing envelopes; a week building houses; a year mentoring an at risk child; or a lifetime being 'family' to a foster child. (Contact organizations directly to identify and calendar specific short or long term volunteer opportunities.)

• Your Own Local Church:  Don't forget the volunteer opportunities to change your community available through your own local church.  What takes you outside the walls into the community meeting needs and serving others in Christ's name?
