Our children and teens are pulled in many different directions. They have school responsibilities, extracurricular activities, social events—the list could go on and on. With so many different influences and things vying for their attention, it is easy for our students to lose focus of their spiritual growth and development. That's where Christian parents and community come in.

In the past, we've thought of hospitality as equivalent to entertaining and feeding people in your home. However, the conversation about hospitality is is turning to more about the whole person and the way you act towards others. No place is this more important today than on social media. Wherever we go—physically or virtually—we need to consider our words and our demeanor. Scripture promises the world will know us by our love, but I have wonder if they would recognize us on Twitter.

If you ask me today, “What do you do all week?” and then again next week, the answers will probably be different.
Like everyone else on the team, I love churches. I love bringing them together, and I love helping them share the love of Jesus effectively.

If we are honest, most of us American Christians think of our country as the home of Christianity. That, however, is not the case. Each time we hit one of these seams of history, the cultural center, the gravity of the religion, shifted and moved. Today, it is shifting again. Now, the question is, why does that matter?
