The Texas Baptist Prisoner Family Ministry Foundation is looking for a Gospel-centered Executive Director to lead the Hospitality House ministry, which serves families visiting incarcerated loved ones near Huntsville, Texas. This full-time, on-site role provides both spiritual and organizational leadership, including fundraising, donor relations, and staff/volunteer management. We are seeking a servant leader with nonprofit experience, strong fundraising abilities, and a heart for supporting families affected by incarceration. On-site housing is available.

Part-Time Worship Leader
Wilcrest Baptist Church is a gospel-centered, multi-ethnic congregation seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader who is first and foremost a worshiper of God. This role provides musical and spiritual leadership for weekly worship services, helping lead a diverse church family in Christ-centered, biblically faithful, and culturally thoughtful worship.
Responsibilities include planning Sunday worship, selecting gospel-focused music, leading rehearsals, and recruiting and developing volunteer musicians. Ideal candidates demonstrate humility, strong musical ability (vocal and/or instrumental), servant-hearted leadership, and alignment with our church’s mission.
Hours: 12–14 per week (includes Sunday services, rehearsal, and planning)
Part-Time Church Financial Secretary
Wilcrest Baptist Church is a gospel-centered, multi-ethnic congregation located in the Alief community of Houston, Texas. We are seeking a Part-Time Financial Secretary / Church Bookkeeper to manage the church’s finances with integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
A faithful relationship with Jesus Christ
Experience in bookkeeping or financial management (church or nonprofit experience preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality

Full-Time Administrative Assistant
University Baptist Church is a vibrant and welcoming community of believers committed to glorifying God through sound biblical teaching, worship, and service. We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and communication support to assigned ministry leaders and departments.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of administrative or related experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard desktop software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Teams required. Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly. Experience with church management software (e.g., Shelby) is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring approximately 30-40 hours per week. Work schedule may include occasional evenings or weekends based on ministry needs.

Texas Chaplain
The Texas Army National Guard has a great need for called and qualified individuals to serve part-time as military chaplains in Texas. Military chaplaincy provides much-needed spiritual and religious support to Soldiers and their Families. Chaplains in train and minister within a unit in Texas one weekend a month and for a 2-week period that is usually in the summer. The rest of the time, they keep working their civilian job or ministry.
This is a great opportunity for Bi-Vocational Pastors, Seminary Students, or even full-time pastors seeking to extend the ministry of their church into the military community around them.
