With more than 25 years of experience in operations and leadership, Matthew brings a diverse background serving energy companies, healthcare systems, nonprofits, churches, and small businesses. His work has consistently focused on helping mission-driven organizations bring clarity to complexity, strengthen systems, and support sustainable growth.

Matthew began his career in digital marketing, leading search and web strategy initiatives for organizations such as Baker Hughes and Texas Children’s Hospital, and later launching the Houston office of MedTouch. He eventually transitioned into nonprofit and church leadership, serving as Executive Pastor, COO, and Managing Director, where he oversaw operations, guided teams through change, and stewarded multimillion-dollar budgets.
In addition to his role with UBA, Matthew is the Founder of Virtual Executive Pastor, working alongside churches to align mission, strategy, and operations.

Matthew holds a BA in International Affairs from Texas Tech University, an MBA from Houston Christian University, and a Master of Divinity from Hardin-Simmons University.
