Pathways IMB
From Houston to the nations
UBA has partnered with the International Mission Board to provide a streamlined equipping and application process to the international mission field for our network of churches. Every church in our association can benefit from a local, cooperative equipping process that allows our churches to work together to assess and equip their own potential missionaries alongside the IMB.
A cohort-based model, UBA is facilitating a multi-church equipping residency that allows potential missionary candidates from various churches to meet and learn together through active cross-cultural missions in Houston. We work together, preparing your sent out ones to go to the nations by sending them to their neighbors.
In addition to providing assessment and equipping, these cohorts will also carry a participant through the IMB application process. By the end of the cohort, these participants will not just be equipped for missionary service, but completely applied to the IMB awaiting trustee approval.
