About L.E.A.D.S.S.

The L.E.A.D.S.S. Leadership Framework equips pastors and ministry teams with practical tools, proven principles, and effective systems they can immediately apply in their churches.

Throughout the cohort, leaders will strengthen vision, develop leaders, build effective systems, deepen discipleship, increase ministry impact, and prepare their churches for the future.

About the Cohort

Each church participates with its Lead Pastor and 4-6 key leaders, learning alongside churches from across our city.

• Frequency: Once a month for 8 months (Every 4th Saturday) including the closing retreat celebration

• Start Date: January 23, 2027

• Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• Cost: $25 per person, plus applicable tax and administrative fee

• Location: Union Baptist Association, 2916 W. TC Jester Blvd., Houston, TX 77018

• Registration Deadline: November 30, 2026.
