The Leaders Collaborative Cohort exists to equip pastors and church leaders with practical, hands-on training that can be implemented immediately. Through proven principles, strategic systems, and effective ministry pathways, leaders gain the tools needed to create lasting transformation in their churches, communities, and future generations.

The L.E.A.D.S.S. Leadership Framework is designed to help pastors, ministry teams, and servant leaders build healthy, multiplying churches that develop people — not just run programs.

About the Cohort

The cohort members will study with leaders from across our city. Each cohort will be comprised of the Lead Pastor and 4-6 of their key leaders.

• Frequency: Once a month for 9 months

• Date: October 24, 2026

• Time: 9am - 12pm

• Cost: $25.00 per person (plus 14.08% tax)

• Location: Union Baptist Association, 2916 W. TC Jester Blvd, Houston, TX 77018
