ABOUT THE L.E.A.D.S.S. 2026 COHORT
The Leadership Collaborative L.E.A.D.S.S. Cohort is a nine-month transformational journey designed to strengthen your church’s leadership capacity, sharpen your team’s effectiveness, and build a healthy culture that advances mission. This isn’t just a program—it is an intentional pathway toward church health, clarity, and Spirit-empowered leadership.
Each cohort begins with a simple application from the Senior Pastor and selected team members. Once accepted, month one launches with a comprehensive leadership assessment—evaluating strengths, systems, culture, and community context. This establishes where your church stands today so that you can measure growth and celebrate progress at the end.
Over nine months, churches receive hands-on coaching, strategic consulting, practical tools, accountability rhythms, and spiritual formation practices that develop leaders from the inside out.
Participants are encouraged to engage both locally and globally because healthy churches live out the Great Commission and Great Commandment consistently—not occasionally.
